William E Jones absolutely went the extra mile when arranging the headstone for my late wife. Their communication and empathy when working alongside the family was incredible and the company was so sincere and genuine to deal with - nothing was too much trouble. The finished headstone was absolutely stunning. My sister and I also asked if William E Jones could refurbish our parents memorial plaque. The job they did was equally impressive as the work done on the headstone. Again, nothing was too much trouble for William E Jones and the communication was above and beyond. You will not find a better company to do this type of work for you than William E Jones. A 10 plus out of 10 rating!

Barry and the team make such a difficult time a breeze. Their thoughtfulness, care and attentiveness shone throughout the process. Communication was amazing and the overall results was beautiful. William E Jones added a memorial for our mother to an existing stone of her family’s. They didn’t stop there; they repainted the existing lettering and replaced the vases that had been removed. Grateful just doesn’t even cut the mustard. From the bottom of our hearts thank you for a beautiful experience for our mother. Absolute Excellence!!!!

This review is 3 years late but I've been meaning to give a review regarding our dads headstone in February 2020. It was everything we envisioned and working with Barry was a blessing. We chose William E Jones Ltd to make my father's headstone, based on their professionalism and attention to detail.
They produced a mock up which was exactly what we asked for - down to the layout, wording, font...and were able to meet our budget too!

It has been an extremely easy process to work with Barry and Jarna.
They have superb customer relations; their responses to our emails, were quick.
Nothing was an issue.

Everything was perfect, nothing to fault

When my Dad died back in 2001 we used William E Jones for the stone. We had them set it up in such a way that we could easily add Mum's details when she died. She died in 2016 and, belatedly (as I was living overseas and took a while to bring her ashes back) we had them update the stone with her details. Barry was tremendous and did a stellar job. Totally recommend them.
